Taylor

Taylor Swift, the rarest pop sensation, is one who managed to move over from country music to mainstream pop culture and become an icon of the world of pop. She also conquered every continent during the course of her journey. Swift left country music like it was another layer of herself, proving that she's perhaps the most intelligent pop singer/songwriter of her time. Someone who is able to harness the mood of times to make her music personal, and be able to perform at the opposite. Swift's talents could be seen in her first tracks, including the Neodue Tim McGraw. But on the second album Fearless that came out in 2008, she could identify the person she was and reach audiences across the globe. Fearless went on to become a global hit and not just in the United States (where it received with six platinum awards for Top Ten Hits Love Story as well as "You Belong with Me") however, in Canada, Australia as well as the U.K. and other countries. Swift's new album Speak Now, released nearly two years following the first one, consolidated the success of this album. It propelled Swift to superstardom. The three albums following (Reputation 2017, 1989 2014, and Red 2012) Red 2012 1989, Red 2012 and Reputation 2017. her fame only grew. This was a sure sign she had moved to the new music scene where she fit in. The popularity of her music grew after she altered her plan with 2020's pared-down siblings the folk singer (and Evermore) and stayed in the forefront of pop culture.
